How fast is my Host's connection to the net?

A T-1 or larger connection is essential for fast access to the web. Other factors that affect the speed of your site is the speed of the servers themselves, how many other accounts are housed on the same machine and if the same line is used for dial-up users as well as web site hosting. Our servers are used only for hosting our clients' sites. Our high speed servers are connected to the Internet backbone by redundant OC3 lines.

How reliable are the host servers?

The key to reliability is redundancy. All sorts of things can happen to web servers, constant site monitoring via automated methods to keep site downtime to a minimum.
