Kelly and Jeff Graham have worked together in the recruitment industry for over 5 years managing one of the most successful non-franchised recruiting firms in the nation. Through integrity, professionalism and confidentiality, they have helped firms of all sizes assisting them with their staffing needs.

Located in Cincinnati, Ohio, Executive Management Recruiters has successfully worked for companies from coast to coast. Our goal is to save companies time and money by presenting only candidates that meet the exacting specifications required from their clients.

Tom Kelly was raised in Kentucky where he still lives with his wife and daughter. Tom is a member NAPS "National Association of Personnel Service" and has spoken at many events educating clients on the best way to utilize recruiters.

Tom has over fifteen years of business sales/management experience he specializes in the sales and marketing arena, both in management and representative level, but has successfully recruited C-level personnel for a variety of industries.

Jeff Graham was raised in California, and came to Cincinnati after being recruited to play football for the University of Cincinnati BearCats. Now claiming Cincinnati as his home, he is busy raising four children with his wife of 14 years, Elizabeth.

When not working with EMR, Jeff is busy working with his children as a coach in a variety of youth sporting programs. Jeff is also a member of the vestry at his church.

As a degreed Mechanical Engineer, Jeff has recruited in many various arenas, and has developed a successful track record of recruiting top candidates in many markets.

Tom and Jeff formed Executive Management Recruiters, LLC nearly four years ago, and have found that working as a team, they are much more successful in achieving the goals of their clients. They have managed to maintain a strong partnership while growing their business, but have also made sure that time for raising families is always kept as a priority. This balance has helped them to achieve a success in both business and home life in which they take great pride.
